We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you give us when you apply for early access or contact us.
• Limited technical information that is generated when you visit the site, described under Site analytics below.

We do not ask for payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information on this website.

When you apply for early access, we collect the details you enter, which may include:

• Your name, work email, phone number, and job title
• Your company name, website, country, state or province, and approximate branch count
• Information about your quoting operation, such as quote volume, team size, current ERP, how RFQs arrive, typical quote time, and any notes you choose to share

We also record how you arrived at the application, such as campaign parameters in the link you used (for example, utm_source), the referring page, and the first page you visited. This helps us understand which outreach is useful.

When the site is hosted on Vercel, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate usage, such as page views and clicks on key buttons. It does not use cookies to identify you, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell information collected on this site.

You can decline analytics in the notice shown on your first visit. Your choice is stored on your own device, in your browser’s local storage, and nowhere else; declining stops analytics events being sent from your browser. Clearing your browser storage shows the notice again.

The site also keeps the campaign parameters and referring page of your first visit in your browser’s session storage, so that if you apply we know roughly where the application came from. It is cleared when you close the tab.

• To protect the site against spam and abuse, including automated bot detection provided by Vercel
• To send you a confirmation of your application and to reply to you

Submitting an application does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. We contact you about early access only.

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this website, including website hosting (such as Vercel) and database hosting (such as Neon). These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a change in ownership of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to information collected under it.

Application data is stored in a hosted database with access limited to the Goodshed team. Connections to this website are encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you. Reply to any email you have received from us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We keep application information for as long as it is useful for evaluating and running early access, and delete it on request or when it is no longer needed.

This website is intended for businesses in the United States and Canada. Information is processed and stored in the United States. If you are in Canada, your information may be accessible to authorities in the United States under applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor requests made under those laws.

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
