Goodshed works from the files your ERP already exports, whether that's Epicor Eclipse, Prophet 21, Infor, NetSuite, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, and sends approved drafts back the way your ERP already imports them.

Replacing an ERP to speed up quoting isn't realistic.

Your ERP holds the item master, pricing and customer terms, and your team knows it well. The slow part of quoting happens before anything reaches the ERP: reading requests and finding items. Goodshed handles that part and leaves the ERP where it is.

What Goodshed needs from your ERP

  • An item or product export, CSV or Excel, in any column layout
  • Optional price and inventory exports
  • Nightly exports by email, or uploaded by hand
  • Or items over the REST API, up to 5,000 per call

How it connects

    Catalog in

    Send your item export by email or upload it. Columns are recognized from the headers, and nightly re-sends keep the catalog current.

    Requests in

    Forward RFQs to your request address, send them over the API, or paste one by hand.

  3. 03

    Drafts out

    Approved drafts download as CSV or Excel, one row per line with your item number, or go to your middleware on the request.approved webhook.

  4. 04

    Nothing installed

    No connector runs on your ERP server, and Goodshed never writes to your ERP directly.

What stays with your team

Your ERP stays the system of record for items, prices, customers and orders. Your team imports approved drafts the way they already import files.

Goodshed reads the files these systems export and produces files they can import. It is not a native or certified connector, and it isn't affiliated with or endorsed by their makers.
Do we need IT to set it up?
To start, someone exports the item file your ERP already produces. The API and webhooks are there when you want automation.
Does Goodshed change prices or inventory in our ERP?
No. Goodshed reads exports and produces drafts. Your ERP stays the system of record.
